Be Our Friend
People always ask us how they might keep in touch to learn about future events so last year we set up The
Friends of Sevenoaks Literary Celebration. Over a hundred people gave us their addresses - postal or email - to become
Founder Friends.
Since then
we have continued to recruit more and more Friends.
At first our idea was simply to have a mailing list to send out advance publicity for the forthcoming Celebration,
but we quickly realised that this was a unique opportunity to consult with you on the development of our Celebration and to
listen to your ideas and suggestions.
We might even tempt some of you to take an active part in running the Celebration.
We are now planning some 'Friends' activities outside the
Celebration.
If you are already
a Friend you will have heard from us, but please don't wait to get in touch if you have views or opinions to share with
us.
